- Understanding Your Needs – Book an introductory meeting where we’ll discuss your product, identify what you need, and clarify your actual requirements. When do you want to be ready? What do you want to showcase? What’s your MVP (Minimum Viable Product)?
- Creating a Plan – Based on your needs, we develop a high-level roadmap outlining how we can best support you and answer questions like:
- What is the project scope?
- How large should the team be?
- What’s the best work mode (from “Shape Up” to classical Scrum)
- When should we schedule check-ins to align with stakeholders?
- What accesses are needed and how do we play with your infrastructure
- Assembling the Team – We determine the necessary capacity (from a single engineer or strategist to a full-fledged product team) and select the right resources from our growing network of skilled engineers, designers, strategists, and managers.
- Getting to Work – Our teams are trained to show, not tell. It’s easier to see and experiment than to engage in endless meetings. You’ll always receive early prototypes to ensure we’re on the right track.
